Training of Trainers (Experts) COMFWB Chapter DRC
The Commission National des Femmes Entrepreneur CNFE in Democratic Republic of Congo organised a training from the 1st October to 14th October 2021 in the Capital Kinshasa. The training was given by the COMFWB Chapter and CNFE President Madame Eliane Munkeni KIEKIE.
For 14days Madame Munkeni presented the modules on Company Diagnostic (How), Mentorship, Process of Coaching and How to advise a company Manager. The candidates a total of 28 with 1 male will accompany entrepreneurs for 3 months and they will each prepare a report to be presented before the jury in February 2022, and they will receive the Expert certificates.
The aim of this training is to provide our structure (CNFE) women's experts with an overall understanding of women experiences in business (weaknesses, forces and challenges) to better prepare them (via training & coaching) to provide advice, serve them as model (mentoring) and help them to create and develop their businesses.
The Chapter already has 14 trained Experts (Women) and aim to reach 50-60 experts to cover the whole country among the 140 trainers existing. By 2023 we aim to reach 200 women managers including 60 Experts.
