Request for Quotation - Steel Double Sided Vision Billboard

The Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa Federation of Associations of Women in Business (COMFWB) invites you to submit your quotation for the supplying and installation of a STEEL DOUBLE SIDED VISION BILLBOARD as guided by the technical specifications in Section B. Any resulting order shall be subject to COMFWB General Terms and Conditions of Contract for Local Purchase Orders except were modified by this Request for Quotations.

SECTION A: QUOTATION REQUIREMENTS

1. Quotation to be provided by 27th of March 2022.
2. Quotation must be valid for 30 days from deadline of submission of quotations.
3. Quotation and supporting documents as specified in Section B must be clearly marked with the Procurement Number given above and must indicate acceptance of the stated terms and conditions.
4. Delivery and installation of the Steed Double Sided Billboard shall be at COMFWB Plot Number 54/74 off M1 Road opposite CP Feeds Limited Lumbadzi
5. Delivery and installation of the Billboard shall be completed by 2nd April 2022 after awarding of contract or Local Purchase Order
6. Quotations must be received no later than 17:00hrs 27/03/222

8. The attached Schedule of Requirements at Section B are details of the goods to be supplied. You are requested to quote for the requirements in Section B. Quotations shall cover all costs of labour, equipment, services, transport, overheads, profits and all associated costs for performing the service. The whole cost of supplying the goods shall be included in the items stated and the cost of any incidental services shall be deemed to be included in the price quoted.

• Print Material: High quality resolution PVC print
• Logo: Will be set as per approved design of COMFWB
• Text and Design: Text will be provided by COMFWB; the vendor will develop the design in close collaboration with COMFWB
